To support EPM’s growth objectives, Cult Marketing conducted comprehensive research, including stakeholder and customer interviews, to better understand the company’s market position and points of differentiation. Through this process, it became clear that EPM’s core business was centered on servicing multi-family housing properties. This insight led to a re-focusing of EPM’s messaging and positioning strategy around this service niche, ensuring that it resonated more deeply with their target audience.

Results

These insights also resulted in the rebranding of EPM’s innovative and proprietary service tracking software technology as “PestGenius.” In addition to creating PestGenius, Cult Marketing produced a comprehensive set of new sales materials such as new website content, direct mail/e-mail, sales brochures, and videos to support the brand’s value proposition.
