Cult conducted in-depth interviews using narrative science and ethnographic techniques. We talked to all the major stakeholders — the leadership team, member-facing associates, clients, prospective clients, benefits consultants, and many others. About 60 in total.
What Cult discovered changed both Quantum Health and the face of the entire healthcare navigation industry. A new protagonist emerged called the "healthcare warrior" whose role is to fight tirelessly for their members as they embark on their healthcare journey.

Since the new brand strategy was launched, Quantum Health has grown over 900%, and now serves more than 2.5 million members as they navigate the healthcare system together. And they are still growing like crazy. They recently sold to a NY private equity firm in one of the largest woman-owned business transactions in US history.
