The Situation

In 2020, Cult was hired to rebrand the Distribution Services Division for Cardinal Health. Cardinal wanted to create a strong, compelling, and differentiated brand strategy to increase its market share.

The Insights

Cult conducted in-depth interviews with key Cardinal management personnel, as well as key supply chain leaders across the U.S. We were looking to better understand their views of the medical products supply chain and to explore how decisions were made within their organizations.

The Results

Cult developed a new value proposition for the newly renamed Distribution Solutions, and created created a sample print advertising concept, a sales presentation, a marketing guide book, a standard offering visualization solution, and other marketing materials.
