Unicorn Wanted! Director of Consumer Research and Client Brand Management

We want such a person to join our unique and talented cross-functional team of social scientists, brand strategists and creative specialists to deliver innovative, actionable ideas that achieve outstanding results.
Titles: Director of Consumer Research , Director of Consumer Insights, Director of Research & Brand Strategy, Director of Client Brand Management
+ Serve as project lead with key client accounts to build strong, strategic partnerships with clients. + Develop, along with the leadership team, innovative qualitative and quantitative research approaches and methodologies for our clients. + Understand how to link insights with strategies, ideas and actionable tactics. + Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills a must. + It would be super nice if you had an advanced degree from a fancy college (M.A. or Ph.D. in cultural anthropology, sociology, psychology etc.). + Previous project management experience with a clear understanding of project setup, recruiting, and familiarity working with an expanded team (i.e. agency, clients, and consultants/freelancers). + Proven motivational and leadership skills for directing, training, and managing internal teams. + Must be seasoned enough to operate independently and manage multiple projects, tight deadlines, and high pressure situations with an +enthusiastic attitude. + Facilitate brainstorm sessions that inspire big, creative ideas and present strategic research findings and implications in engaging and powerful ways. + Maintain exceptional levels of satisfaction among our current accounts and assist company principals in winning new ones. + Have the ability to travel on an as-needed basis for research purposes.
